Y'are the epitome of a NIMBY. Knock it off. Suggestion... Take some of that money and purchase the proposed site so you control what happens... then sweeten the deal by buying and developing a community elsewhere for the homeless that provides
1. Job training building tiny homes on wheels...
2. A job building THoWs for your self and others.
3. A facility providing medical and social services.
4. A store for necessities and jobs delivering necessities, security for the community, etc.

Build a successful working model for others to follow. There are people who really know how to do this. I am one of them.

You could change the way this issue is handled in our nation and the legacy and memory you leave people with.

Today I am uploading 20 new items into the Photo Album titled "Furniture Designs". These are drawings that include those never photographed or in some cases never built (or sold to a client). They have been pulled from an archive of almost 600 designs that I created since the spring of 1995. I was amazed at the quantity of work I produced in that 20 year period, and at the difficulty in picking the best 20 drawings to upload.

Ohh...kay. Now starting to upload into a new Album called Press Coverage and another Product Presentation Drawings... these are pieces designed but never photographed and some that were never built, period. This is the first group selected from over 520 designs created since the spring of 1995, 20 years worth of work.

This photo is from a Model Home Design for Crystal Point Condominiums in Phoenix which launched the Furnishings Design firm called BeamsDesign. The project won First Place Awards in the ASID North Competition AND the MAME Award Program for the Interior Design Firm ~ Beams Boshara Ltd.

The photo features a Cocktail Table, Area Rug, Sectional Sofa, SofaBack Table, Dining Table, and Planter Column designed by Don Beams.

Ah yes... with the new MacBook 17 Laptop getting a decent wifi signal, let the uploading of photos & drawings roll on... 48 Furniture Design photos covering a time period of roughly 10 years of design production, and 19 Residential Architecture Plan/Elevation drawings are now available on this page. "What have I been up to?" asks the FB software... Let me put it this way...retirement is not all it's cracked up to be. So, the fine design and furnishings company BeamsDesign is re-opening under the new name you see above. And we (myself and my furniture fabricator) are looking for a limited number of very smart Interior Designers in the Phoenix Metropolitan area to become clients.

What I am currently up to is building a Social Media Photo Library on this page, and then directing potential clients to it so that they may see the wonderful opportunity available to them to work with a "Master of the Southwest" *Phx Home/Garden Magazine 2001. That would be me... Donald B. Beams

Simply put... when it comes to providing you (and thus your clients) with leading edge innovative Furniture, Cabinetry and Architectural Details, we are so "Old School" that we literally wrote the book on how to do it well, and we haven't lost a step in the "innovative" part of the equation. Interior Designers that feature our products in their interiors have won so many ASID Design Awards that I have literally lost count of them, but I estimate it to be between 20 or 30.

I need to start uploading images of our work to the Page's Photo Albums now, but I shall return after a brief interval with more information. Thank You for checking in.
