SAVE THE DATE!

The Commons 5th Annual Gala in the Garden is approaching! Join us Saturday, September 26th from 5-9pm for a magical night Under the Harvest Moon 🌙✨🍂

Enjoy a stroll through the gardens with friends, delicious food, live music, a silent auction, and learn more about what The Commons has done and is planning for the upcoming year. We’re extremely honored to have our gala presented In Loving Memory of Alex Olsen & Martyn Pearson again this year.

Our theme, Under the Harvest Moon, represents the symbol of abundance, gratitude, and community 🧡 Traditionally associated with the gathering of the harvest, this special evening reflects The Commons’ mission to cultivate food security, self-sufficiency, and sustainability in Grant County. As we gather in the garden, we celebrate the shared work of nourishing our community and creating a more resilient future together.

Tickets go on sale August 10th! 🎟️ 👀 They can be purchased online or at our office. Visit our website for more information: https://thecommonsgrantcounty.org/gala-2026-2/

New Mexico remains among the top states for food insecurity, and Grant County is no exception.

The Gala is not just a celebration—it’s a vital fundraiser that supports both our ongoing and newly expanded work to meet the real and rising need for food access in our community.

You can help make a difference by joining us on September 27th from 6-10 pm and participating in our fundraising activities! Tickets are on sale now online and in our office, hope to see you there!

School is officially back in session. I will resume my “school” hours and will be making changes as they come up for afterschool activities. Yelp (iPhone Maps), and my Google listing are kept up to date with changes.

I am still officially closed on the weekends, but you can always check on the availability of a weekend appointment.

I will be working with the National Dance Institute again in October. I will have closures in late October for that.

I am coming up on six years of business! I can’t believe it, time has flown by. A big thank you to everyone for trusting me with their precious treasures.
