Hello!

It's been a long week around here, for many reasons, one of the major ones being that last weekend our oven started sparking and smoking and nearly start on fire. We called for the fire department and they came and said to keep it unplugged and get a new one. Our replacement is supposed to arrive sometime this weekend.

Anyway, that has meant that it's been a week of no baking and no waxing wraps!

There are still plenty of wraps available though in so many different prints and sizes. To see what's available, go to the photo albums. They're organized there by size!

Here are a few new 16"×18" wraps. These are large enough to cover many things, including sourdough and other bread boules. For more info on that, scroll on down the page. I give real kitchen examples with bread I've baked in different weights and sizes.
