I love this woman to death…. Yes the owner of Puffin Framing & Design, Mel!!!!!She is not only talented in the art of framing but also a visionary in interior design. As a designer myself I love discussing projects and being able to supply her with fantastic products both stems and vessels. She is supportive of my small business which I truly appreciate!!!!! The best part about her is her kind, authentic, compassionate soul! The other day I was going to take an arrangement to Philadelphia that a customer from Maine ordered for a little girl with cancer. The day before I was going to deliver it she came in to the store to buy some items for a client in Philadelphia . I told her I was going there to drop off an arrangement for a little girl at the Children’s Hospital. She said I’m going to Philadelphia tomorrow I can take it!!! That’s the kind of caring , loving person she is and honestly it’s hard to find people like her in this world today . It’s unique, it’s valuable , its what we are meant for …. Giving back! Love ya Mel!!!!!

I need to tell this story as it pulled on my heart strings! A few days ago I had a gentleman call me from Maine . He was young with small children and wanted an arrangement for his best friend whose daughter was diagnosed with leukemia and is at Children’s Hospital in Philadelphia. The little girl could not get fresh flowers because of her treatments and he wondered if I could make a floral arrangement for her. Something colorful, something pink something to brighten her room . And of course I wanted to help.
I have a three-year-old grandson and understand the love we have for our children and grandchildren. We don’t wanna see our children hurt. We don’t wanna see our grandchildren hurt . We want to take that pain away.
My prayers will stay with this little girl and hope all the love that surrounds her will give her the strength and hope she needs to fight this battle.
My store does not have delivery …….but God yanked on my heart …. Jacque you have a car go take it there and spread your love ! ❤️

One of my wonderful customers did a professional photo shoot and included an arrangement I made her years ago! She she loves it so much and it still looks so fresh and new her photograph didn’t disappoint!
