d my formal training in Turtle Bay, focusing on Cuban and French cuisine. I like to take classic methods and dishes and put a fun and unique spin on them. Most of my current wares are bringing southern cooking and flavors to classic techniques. After learning of a physical condition and dealing with health complications I decided to continue my kitchen work to the best of my abilities and share it with you all.
