Tedrow Design Group provided architectural services for Grana’s Piedmont Road location, working alongside Z-Space Design Inc. to create a two-story restaurant inspired by authentic Neapolitan cuisine.

Created by Chef Pat Pascarella, Grana reflects his Italian heritage and the southern Italian recipes passed down through his family. The restaurant features a mezzanine overlooking the main dining room, a rooftop bar with views of the Atlanta skyline, and an open kitchen centered around wood-burning pizza ovens imported from Italy.

In addition to the Piedmont Road restaurant, Tedrow Design Group also provided architectural services for Grana's Roswell and Dunwoody locations, continuing a longstanding relationship with the .

At the Shops at Accent Marietta, a dilapidated 1980s shopping center was reimagined as part of the new Accent Marietta mixed-use development. Working with the developer, the existing building received a complete exterior renovation, replacing its dated appearance with a clean, contemporary design that complements the surrounding architecture.

Tedrow Design Group regularly partners with developers and property owners on shopping center projects, from new construction to exterior renovations and tenant build-outs. Projects like this demonstrate how thoughtful design can extend the life of an existing building while creating a stronger presence for future tenants.

For more than 10 years, Tedrow Design Group has prepared plans for new Flying Biscuit Cafe locations, supporting the brand's continued growth throughout the Southeast and beyond.

Since opening its first café in Atlanta's Candler Park in 1993, Flying Biscuit has grown into a beloved neighborhood restaurant known for its all-day breakfast, Southern-inspired comfort food, and, of course, its famous biscuits.

While each location reflects the Flying Biscuit brand, colorful murals inspired by the surrounding community give every restaurant its own unique personality.

As Flying Biscuit continues to expand, we're currently working on new locations in Houston, Memphis, Raleigh, St. Louis, Knoxville, Warner Robins, and Abilene.

Cuevacía brings new life to a prominent corner at Colony Square in Midtown Atlanta.

Located along Peachtree Street, a former sushi restaurant was transformed into a two-level dining destination with expanded seating and a more intimate atmosphere. The addition of a second level increased seating capacity while creating more seating options throughout the restaurant.

Thoughtful accent lighting plays a central role in the design, highlighting architectural details and creating warmth throughout the space. On the main level, booth seating is tucked into cave-like alcoves that reinforce the restaurant's identity while offering guests a more intimate dining experience.

We're proud to have partnered with the Cuevacia team on another restaurant that adds to the energy and character of Midtown Atlanta.

We’ve had the opportunity to work with Jersey Mike’s for the past 10 years as a preferred architect, preparing plans for more than 200 locations across the country, with a primary focus throughout the Southeast.

Jersey Mike's Subs has officially ended Chick-fil-A’s 11-year run at the top.

The sandwich chain earned the highest score in the American Customer Satisfaction Index, edging out Chick-fil-A by one point and taking over as America’s top-rated fast-food chain.

Freshness, variety, and value helped fuel Jersey Mike’s rise as the brand added 238 new locations and surpassed $4.2 billion in sales last year.

We're excited to see PONKO Chicken's first ground-up restaurant taking shape in Newnan, Georgia.

After several years of supporting PONKO’s growth through interior tenant fit-out projects, our team was asked to help develop the prototype for their first standalone building and first drive-thru location.

The new restaurant reflects the PONKO Chicken brand while creating a scalable design that can support future expansion. The project has been well received by the Newnan community and is scheduled to open this summer.

We’re grateful for the opportunity to continue partnering with PONKO Chicken as they grow and look forward to seeing this location welcome its first guests.

Whiplash Comedy at Ponce City Market was recently featured in the Atlanta Journal-Constitution.

Currently under construction, this project is transforming a former event space at Ponce City Market into a dedicated comedy venue. We’re proud to serve as the architect on the project.

Ponce City Market will have a new comedy club called Whiplash in the space above City Winery. It's planned to open in June 2026.
