The Hillside was built for more than just everyday living—it was custom designed around the homeowners’ hobbies and the way they love to spend their time at home.

A golf simulator. Basement bar. Workout room with floor-to-ceiling mirrors. In-ground pool. And a patio made for hosting.

It’s a home full of fun amenities, thoughtful details, and spaces designed to actually be lived in.

Come experience The Hillside for yourself!

Look a little closer.

Some of the best parts of a custom home are the details that make everyday life feel a little more elevated.

At The Hillside, that looks like:

• Elevated lighting
• Remote-controlled blinds
• A heated towel bar
• Granite dog bowls built right into the design

They may be small details, but they’re the kind of thoughtful touches that make a home feel custom — not just beautiful.

Beginning the build process? Save this one for your next design meeting.

There’s a lot to see inside The Hillside, but the outside deserves a closer look, too.

From the landscaping and stonework to the pool, patio and way the home opens toward the backyard, the exterior was designed to feel like an extension of the living space.

Swipe through for a closer look at a few of the details that make the outside of this home just as intentional as the inside.

And if you’ve been meaning to come see it in person, there’s still time during the Fall Parade of Homes.

There’s a lot to see at The Hillside, but it’s hard to get a feel for a home until you walk through it yourself.

The layout, the way the spaces connect, the natural light, and all the custom touches come together to create a home that feels comfortable, thoughtful and truly one of a kind.

Come take your time, walk through, and see what stands out to you.

The Hillside is open today from 12–6 PM at 1628 74th Street in New Richmond.

We really love how this kitchen came together.

The oversized waterfall island gives the room plenty of space to gather, and just behind it is a hidden working pantry with even more room to prep and store things.

It’s a kitchen that looks great, but more importantly, it works. There’s space to cook, entertain and keep everything a little more organized.

You can see it for yourself at The Hillside during the Parade of Homes.
