Proof that a fireplace can completely redefine a space.
We transformed this (tired) fireplace into a modern focal point with a sleek hologram unit, warm walnut detailing, and fluted marble tile (perfection).

This kitchen is truly special. And here’s why….
When I walked into the space, I felt myself get a bit overwhelmed by its beauty. Pictures do this no justice. I literally took a minute to simple stand and take it in (especially knowing it was like before).
I didn’t want to touch ANYTHING! Nor did I. I left it all untouched because it represented the client. Wasn’t in the mood for curation, but authenticity.
Me and the client sat at the table and built something ground up. I listened intently… Soaked in details of her life. Whether that be her travels, her hobbies, type of work, etc.. And we went to work, building something unique to her… a one-of-a-kind.
This client had a deep love and appreciation for custom pieces. Her father was a craftsman and as a small child growing up, she helped her father build. So she had a deep appreciation for quality, uniqueness, and the beautiful materials the earth produces.
12’ custom glass door, bringing the outside in.
Custom cabinetry, inset with a custom color.
MARBLE countertops… yes, she went in and committed 🙌 Mitered edge profile. Marble backsplash.
Each cabinet - intentionally planned with intention. She had a place for EVERYTHING that mattered to her.
Reeded hood and island.
And this girl kept it classic… went with maple.
Just to name a few 🫶

The before and after is kinda amazing - see in stories.
Lightened and brightened to say the least. But what made this kitchen truly special…we were able to mix custom with non-custom.
We have a way with hearing our clients big ideas and simply making it work. 🪄

Kept it classic, timeless, and functional.
This kitchen used to be a fraction of the size…cramped and lacking natural light. Opening it up completely changed how the space lives and breathes.
At the end of every project, I always ask myself: what are the take aways? Top 3x:
1: Community is powerful. The support and encouragement throughout this project was something I truly felt and appreciated… by both the clients and team assigned.
2: Every client is different, and every project requires a different approach (we meet people where they are at). This was a busy family with three young boys and a full schedule. What they needed most was for us to take the lead…to sit in the driver’s seat and guide the design and build. They trusted our process and our team, which made the entire experience smooth and collaborative.
3: We get to work with exceptional craftsmen who care deeply about their work. When everyone shares that same level of pride, passion and integrity, the project takes on a different kind of energy. A fire that gets lit.
Grateful for projects like this one 🫶🫶🫶
