Shift:
1st Shift; Tuesday-Friday 10:00am-6:30pm, Saturday 9:00am-5:30pm
2nd Shift: Monday - Friday 4:00pm - 12:30am

PRIMARY FUNCTIONS:
• Communicate with retail partners on the placement of High-Profile Orders, tracking and scheduling delivery/returns/exchanges.
• Pull, review, and work the Inventory Accounting report.
• Assist with the completion of Certification of Insurance, Concierge Services, Department of Transportation, lnventory/Variance reporting
• Professional approach to all outbound/inbound calls related to customer orders for all brands.
• Assist with responses to emails received into our Hub inboxes.
• Establish and maintain business partner relationships with internal/external partners for the processing of High-Profile Orders and escalated customer orders.
• Utilize Williams Sonoma's Mission, Vision, and Values to govern daily activities, including guidance to other associates and departments.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
• Ability to multitask and be extremely detailed on all written and verbal communications/documentation.
• System knowledge preferred for HubWM, PKMS, CCU!, SanFran3, AMS, and WCC/OMS.
• Strong Microsoft Office knowledge - including Outlook, Excel and knowledge of how to process Certificate of Insurance.
• Strong customer service skills: ability to deescalate customer frustrations.
• Working knowledge of how to update and void Return Authorization Numbers.
• Working knowledge of how to create/update Return Orders.
• Working knowledge of Inventory accounting report (how to pull report and research, PCNURECON, PUDs, RESPU).
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, ability to work under pressure, and be a fast learner.
• Ability to communicate to customers, coworkers and management in a professional and courteous manner.
• Working knowledge of how to process High Profile Customer Orders.
• Excellent attendance, and willingness to be part of a team - performing other duties as necessary.

If you have an absolute passion for managing people and working in a fast paced and exciting environment, then this job is for you! Min requirements/General Info:

The Cranbury Furniture Delivery HUB is the largest HUB in our network, servicing 18% of our customers with in-home, white glove delivery service. We use third-party delivery drivers to deliver our client’s goods and have a 4.91 Stella/Customer Survey score (out of 5). We are a 6-day operation, delivering Monday through Saturday. The role entails getting all of the outbound freight ready on the warehouse floor for the following day’s deliveries, ensuring 100% satisfaction to our customers. Responsible for managing Leads, Admins, Clerks, Forklift operators and merchandise processors/material handlers on their team, and some third-party temporary associates. The delivery HUB is located inside of our East Coast Distribution Center building. College degree or 5 years of experience in lieu of a degree.
