When are payments due? We have an answer!

"Typically, we take a deposit to hold the place on the schedule, and then once the construction starts for custom-built homes and the building permit is issued we bill the customer once a month for the costs incurred the previous month plus the percentage of the GCP fee. Once the occupancy certificate is issued, generally there is a balance remaining that you will be billed for."
