Sometimes a little shop becomes so much more than a business.
If I could stay open just to keep laughing with all of you, I would.
This little shop became such a special place. I witnessed so many moments I’ll never forget—friendships being made, birthdays of every age celebrated, little ones and elders discovering they loved creating art, and families slowing down long enough to simply be together.
I’ve watched little hands become confident artists. I’ve celebrated the ups and downs of life, laughed, and even cried with tourists who became friends. I was blessed with an incredible community of new friends and the wonderful businesses around us who supported me every step of the way.
On every hard day, someone special would walk through the door and somehow give me exactly the message I needed to keep going. I’ll never forget those moments.
While this chapter is coming to an end, the memories we’ve shared will stay with me forever.
From the bottom of my heart, thank you for making The Hot Spot so much more than a craft studio. Thank you for making it a community.
Thank you for letting us be a small part of your lives. You will always be a part of ours.
I hope you’ll stop by one more time to say goodbye before I close my doors.
