This heater flue was missing a proper tee fitting for sediment collection and an accessible cleanout, which caused major deterioration over time. 💧 Water even made its way to the furnace, risking serious damage and cutting down efficiency.

This Regency E33 got a second debut ✨ After a beautiful new dry-stacked stone façade was added, our gas team stepped back in to reinstall the unit. A few surprises along the way (a ripped electric line and a damaged flue port 😬) — but no worries.
