We just want to say thank you to everyone who came out and supported Sony Stitches & Co. today. Whether you shopped with us, stopped by to say hello, shared kind words, or simply took a look around our booth, we truly appreciate every single one of you.

It always means so much getting to meet new people while also seeing familiar faces and repeat customers come back to support our small business again and again. Days like today remind us why we love doing this so much.

We had such a great time and genuinely hope y’all enjoyed the day as much as we did. Thank you for supporting handmade, supporting small businesses, and supporting our family. ❤️

☀️ A Fair 2026 ☀️

Hey everyone! I just wanted to apologize for being a little MIA lately. The past month has been a rough one for our family. My dad passed away on April 23, and the following week I was finishing up finals for my Associate’s Degree, followed by graduation. It’s been a very hectic, emotional roller coaster balancing grief, school, family, and life.

Even through all of that, we’ve been working hard behind the scenes getting ready for our first event of the year, and we are SO excited to finally be back out!

Sony Stitches & Co. will be at A fair in Hernando, Mississippi on May 16, and this year we’ll be set up right on the Square! We’ve been busy preparing lots of goodies and can’t wait to see everyone.

If you’re local, we’d love for you to come out, shop small, and support your local businesses and makers. Thank you all so much for your patience, love, and support during this season of life. ❤️

We may not be at the art festival this weekend—but we’re not letting all that hard work go to waste.

In lieu of attending, we’re hosting a front yard yard sale + Sony Stitches & Co. pop-up shop to help recoup some of the costs from withdrawing from this event.

We’ll have:
• Toddler beds, toys, home décor & more
• PLUS our handmade crochet plushies,baby gifts, accessories, and fun novelty items

After a lot of thought, we’ve made the difficult decision to withdraw from the Silo Square Art Festival.

This is not something we took lightly. Over the past several months, we’ve invested a significant amount of time, energy, and money preparing for this event. We were truly looking forward to being part of it.

However, based on information that has come to our attention, we are not comfortable participating. As a business built on personal values and lived experiences, we have to make decisions that align with what we believe is right.

Sony Stitches & Co. exists because of my children. Every step of this journey has been about creating something meaningful while protecting and providing for my family during some of the hardest seasons of our lives. Because of that, I cannot ignore concerns that conflict with those values.

This decision is about staying true to what matters most to us. We appreciate everyone who has supported us and continues to stand with our small business.

I had the chance to test Violet the Valentine Unicorn by Simply Hooked, and I’m so excited to finally share these! I made two using different yarns, and the pattern worked up beautifully both ways.
