There are some places that just feel like home… and Bald Head Island is one of them.

Every time we ride the ferry over, we’re reminded how fortunate we are to serve this incredible community. From woven shades that frame ocean views to plantation shutters that bring timeless beauty and privacy, every home tells its own story.

Southport docks were alive before sunrise yesterday 👀🎬

Huge yacht, cameras rolling, actors arguing on deck, and then a couple of them launched into the water during filming.

Whether it’s for a hit streaming series or a new production, our little waterfront town sure knows how to put on a scene. ⚓️🌊

A day on the coast done right 🌊 lunch at Dockside Restaurant, a locals favorite. 🛥️⚓️
We spent the morning measuring for a client near the magic of Airlie Gardens—one of those places that just reminds you how beautiful our corner of the world really is. Then wrapped it up with a well-earned lunch stop at Dockside in Wrightsville Beach… hard to beat that view.

Grateful for days like this—helping homeowners bring their spaces to life while getting to enjoy the very places that make living here so special.
