The Shelter in Spanish Fork has a parvo outbreak and if you know about parvo, you know that it's an awful situation to be in. I've donated the Wysiwash on their wishlist already, but any disinfecting cleaning supplies are needed to help since it's not an easy thing to deal with.

When South Utah Valley Animal Shelter posted about a new program to sponsor a kennel for the year to help the dogs that go through the shelter and are placed in that kennel, I jumped at the chance. As you know, a portion of all of my sales goes to animal rescues and pledging toward dogs on euthanasia lists to help rescues pull them. So this was an awesome opportunity for me to directly support the adoption of shelter pups right here in Spanish Fork where I live and make my candles. I am so proud to have been able to help this wonderful cause and I hope it helps many dogs find the loving homes they deserve.

We are incredibly excited to welcome Rainshadow Alchemy as our very first kennel sponsor!

Rainshadow Alchemy specializes in hand-poured scented soy candles, crafted using unique and reusable containers like mugs, teacups, and planters. Their candles are made with toxin-free fragrance oils and soy wax, which means they burn clean no soot, no smoke making them safe for people with breathing issues, allergies, and even safe for cats and dogs to be around.

The heart behind this business is just as special as the candles themselves. Rainshadow Alchemy began in February of 2020 as a way to help support rescue dogs with lifelong medical needs Zephyr and Maverick.

Zephyr has EPI, a condition where his pancreas doesn’t produce digestive enzymes, so every meal requires added powdered enzymes.

Maverick is a cancer survivor who battled a grade 3 mast cell tumor at just a year and a half old. After radiation and chemotherapy, he became cancer free, later managing idiopathic epilepsy with medication. After a recurrence in 2025, he is once again in remission and doing well.

Their rescue family has grown to include four heeler mixes, with Rockwell and Milo joining the pack after enduring rough and abusive beginnings both now thriving and living happy lives.

Even more amazing, a portion of every sale is donated to animal rescues locally and across the country, making every candle purchase truly meaningful.

My photography might not be great, but I will never use "AI" to edit my photos with fake backgrounds or fake enhancements. What you see if what you get. I won't lie to my customers. I want everyone to see the real product you'll be getting and how it looks in general lighting.

This candle was scented in Dragon's Blood and topped with Rainbow Fluorite. It sold at the Crystal Festival in Spanish Fork in October, but I never posted a photo of it so I wanted to show it off because I loved how it turned out.
