Since I have been born, my father had gotten me one rose for however old I was turning. (10 yrs old= 10 red roses etc)

My last birthday with my Dad was 2 years ago, and I received 33 red roses, unaware that that would be my last birthday with him. We lost him less than a month later.

••I am so grateful that my mother has continued this tradition since his passing (now with one white rose added in memory of Dad), with 35 red roses for my birthday this year. They are just stunning.••

It means more to me than she knows, and I hope she knows just how thankful I am for her and all she does.

I love you Moma.

I want to apologize for being so quiet over the last few days…

As some of you know already, I am a very severe type 1 diabetic, and when I get a virus or etc. I can become very sick, very quickly due to my diabetes.

This happened and finally I ended up in the ER on Tuesday morning, in DKA from my diabetes.

I am finally feeling better today, and closer to normal than I was!

Thank you all for your patience, I appreciate every one of you! Thank you to all the prayers and messages so far, y’all are the best ❤️
