When requesting the application, please include what your craft or product is along with a few photos for reference.

PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE POST!! The RHS 2026 Holiday Craft Fair is now accepting applications from new vendors. Request an application at [email protected] and include what your product or craft is along with a few photos for reference. If you do not include this information, your request will be held up until that information is received. Email is the ONLY way to request an application to keep scams to a minimum. Do NOT ask for an application through messages, texts or through this post.

Due to vendor and shopper requests, we are expanding the RHS Holiday Craft Fair back to three (3) full rooms! We will be limiting the number of vendors in craft categories in order to give each vendor a better chance at sales and to give our customers a more diverse shopping experience.

**Food vendors must submit copies of licenses, permits, food handlers permit and any other pertinent documentation when requesting an application. 🍞🌶️🍬

The RHS Holiday Craft Fair is at Rogers High School, 1622 E. Wellesley Avenue, Spokane WA. The event runs Saturday, December 5 (9am to 4pm) and Sunday, December 6 (10am to 3pm). The fair includes FREE photos with Santa on both days and our 3rd Annual Christmas Tree Alley Raffle.🎄🎅

REMINDER TO RETURNING VENDORS FROM THE 2026 RHS SPRING CRAFT FAIR: The deadline to turn in your applications for the RHS 2026 Holiday Craft Fair is Wednesday, April 15. After that, I will open up applications to new vendors.

Hello everyone we have a SCAMMER‼️ We need to make you all aware of. The person is or may be impersonating is, Barbara Hughes and the email she is using is [email protected]. She is taking emails that are publicly posted by people. Sending them an email about an event they have been invited to. She used my event today (Suncrest Spring Vendor Fair)and the cost was about $185 for a booth space! Triple what are fees actually are! She had all my info that was posted in my event.

Please, please try not to publicly post your email in the comment sections when inquiring about an event. They take them and use it for other purposes like this example. Read and look where in the event or notice about how to ask for applications or sign up. Thank you much! Beware‼️👍

Another RHS Spring Craft Fair in the books! THANK YOU to all the crafters, food artisans and other vendors that participated. Another big thanks to all the volunteers - you know who you are - and the RHS Football Team for all their help as well. We look forward to seeing all you WONDERFUL shoppers back for our 8th Annual Holiday Craft Fair on December 5-6, 2026. Watch for exciting news!!
