On the left is the Alameda Stool from McGee & Co. This stool is contracted with an iron and engineered hardwood frame and is upholstered with a linen blend (70% viscose and 30% linen).

On the left is the Stoffer Home crafted by Cloth & Company Thelma Settee from Perigold in Relaxed Zinc.

On the right is also the Stoffer Home x Cloth and Co. Thelma Settee, but in Jane Stripe from Perigold.

While these two ruffle settees are the same exact one from the same manufacturer, the price points at the two different stores with different fabric finishes, the price points are significantly different! Personally, I love the detailing of the cheaper, striped option! Birch lane also has more striped and floral fabric options that are beautiful!

A well styled autumn mantel anchors and sets the tone for the whole room! There are a few small tweaks to consider if you are using art or a mirror at the focal point vs a TV! 🤎

When styling around art or a mirror, layering is key! Combine varying heights, textures, and visual weights for depth and dimension. Subtle overlap looks beautiful, as you don’t need to avoid overlapping the focal point completely like you would with a TV! 🍁

If your mantel features a TV, simplicity is key. Keep decor low and balanced to draw the eye toward the screen naturally. Think clean lines, low profile pieces, and natural textures that add warmth without blocking the view. Reserve taller decor for the outside anchors that frame in the TV. 🍂

Don’t forget scale when selecting your mantle decor pieces, because a ton of tiny decor can feel cluttered whereas a handful of larger scale decor pieces feels intentionally designed. Cozy textures, warm, earthy colors and glowing candles will all add to the ambiance of your mantle! 🕯️
