For anyone new here, I’d love to reintroduce myself. 🤍
I’m Erin, the baker, maker, gardener, and mama behind Blooming Bozzos. 🌸🥖🕯️
My husband is active-duty USMC, and this is our second cross-country move in four years. Our kids are little, our family is growing, and I’m learning how to make a new place feel like home — not just by hanging frames and using our good dishes, but by getting to know the people who make up our community.
About a year after moving here, I realized that as a mom who works from home, I was struggling to find my people. I wanted to know our neighbors, have familiar faces, and feel like we were truly part of this place.
I’ve always loved baking (I’ll never show up to a party without a homemade treat 😂), and growing up, I loved going to craft fairs with my mom and dreamed of having a booth of my own someday.
So one random Tuesday, Blooming Bozzos was born.
I started with sourdough on my front porch, then added candles and eventually our local market. I tried flowers, too… but then came a newborn, so we’ll revisit that one next year. 😅🌷
But guess what?
Other than the flowers… it worked. 🥹
The farm stand helped me meet our neighbors. Porch pickup turned customers into familiar faces. The market introduced me to even more people — and slowly, those people became friends and community.
Seven months in, Blooming Bozzos has become exactly what I hoped it could be: a way for our family to feel at home here.
My boys ask if it’s market week, and my customers have watched Murphy grow up in my market tent — a pretty perfect reminder of just how quickly a season can fly by. 🤍
I’m so grateful for every person who has stopped by, come back for more, chatted at the booth, picked something up from the porch, or simply followed along.
Thank you for being part of this little corner of our life. 🎀 and thanks to 📸 Chloe | Home Sourdough Baker for taking this adorable photo of me and my market 👸
