Tucked away along Interstate 45 North in Spring, sits a little forgotten piece of Texas history… Wunsche Cemetery.

It is almost hidden in a thick tangle of trees, brush, and vines… sitting right there in the median between the northbound and southbound lanes of I-45.

Most folks drove right past it and never even noticed it was there.

I’ll tell you the story behind this unusual little cemetery today on my Welcome to Houston feature on 89.3 KSBJ!
