Well, LOOK at her NOW!!
Over the weekend I finished this Fabulous Lake House in Shell K**b!
6 months of work Complete!
A fun collaboration with this owner. Can you believe we searched Marketplace for weeks, found some great deals! And Wayfair was great for filling in the gaps.
Making the budget a lot easier for a home that needed Everyhing…

What have I been working on?
Well This little beauty is Mine and she is going to get all fixed up!
Watch as I share progress!
Spending hours in the yard, removing a couple trees and limbs, much over grown bushes, and pulling/raking w**ds. Uncovering flower bed and putting in new plants. Soon I will do some extensive w**d treatments to start improving the lawn.
Plaster guy is there now scraping and patching neglected ceilings. After he finishes up my contractor will be there to gut the bathroom and get started on my ideas!
Me, I will move inside for a bit and there is MUCH painting to do!

Yes, there has been progress on the Lake House… however many set backs with sub contractors on the project. I should be finishing right after the July 4th holiday.

I’m back from vacation and READY TO START WORKING ON MY COTTAGE PROJECT!!

Follow me for the next several weeks well, I personally put in some sweat equity and work also with some subcontractors to whip this little Beauty into shape!!

She needs a lot of loving, and I’m the one to do it 💗

These are a few photos with some inspiration as I get started. My look based on the style age and architecture of the home is headed to a European farmhouse.. do not confuse this with what has been going on in the last few months with the farmhouse style of Hobby lobby!!
My farmhouse look is going to be warm, neutral colors. Lots of more primitive, antiques reminiscing of a countryside farmhouse.
Nothing fancy it’s going to feel very loved and comfy!!

By late afternoon, the light begins to stretch…

moving through the house
