Showed up on time and performed their inspection of the entire fireplace/chimney/masonry/caps/etc. They explained everything in detail and cleaned up everything when they left.
The report that they sent the following week was very detailed and again, explained everything.

Great review from Rob... "We had a very positive experience with STL Chimney Company. We recently bought a house with a wood burning fireplace that hadn’t been used in 30 years. STL Chimney Company came out and did a thorough inspection of the fireplace and chimney and then gave us helpful and cost saving tips to maintain the chimney. The price for this service was very reasonable, less than I thought it would be. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone."

The ran a camera up the chimney and showed us pictures and explained what we were seeing and then explained what needed repairs. I would recommend them to anyone who asks. They are also facilitating gas insert for my fireplace and the woman helping me has been very professional and accommodating through the process"
