Lord, make me less of an 🫏 hole.

That was the theme at Eucharistic adoration today.

It’s Holy Week and I’ve got a lot to prepare for before the Easter Vigil on Saturday.

Today at adoration at a local Catholic Church, I prayed for the Lord to remove all this misery and negativity from me and honestly… just help me stop being an 🫏 hole.

If I’m gonna be an 🫏 let it be the one Christ went to Jerusalem on! Not the jaded, sarcastic one I’ve been being.

Meanwhile Richard Simmons was on TV yelling at your mom to sweat it out 💀

No protein goals
No balance
Just vibes… and rice cakes

As someone down 80 lbs, I can tell you:
this version of weight loss was NOT it

90’s diet culture walked so your current weight loss journey could run

But honestly… some of these snacks kinda slapped 🤭

Throwback to when dieting meant eating an entire box because it said “low fat”
