C&M Interiors Our story is simple – it follows a wandering passion and desire for good design.

We are two women who befriended each other while persevering our way through design school. We bonded over our love for classic white, peonies and billowy drapes while working under a renowned New York designer. Our desire to launch our own design company grew fonder as we began to understand each other’s optimism for orderly chaos and the art of arrangement in space. So we have come together and

found our very own treasures through hours of cultivation and dozens of pots of coffee – we like to call it C&M | An Interior Design Studio.

WE’RE HIRING: PROJECT COORDINATOR ⭐️

C&M Interiors is looking for a highly organized, detail-driven Project Coordinator to help bring our luxury residential projects to life.

This is an execution-focused role for someone who thrives on keeping many moving pieces organized. Once the design decisions are made, you’ll ensure every detail moves forward—from proposals and purchasing to freight, installation, and final punch lists.

You’ll be responsible for:
• Managing proposals, approvals, purchase orders, and payments
• Tracking lead times, freight, shipments, and receiving
• Communicating with vendors and resolving order issues
• Keeping clients informed about orders and installations
• Maintaining procurement and project schedules
• Coordinating deliveries and managing punch lists

The ideal candidate is proactive, exceptionally organized, and committed to handling every detail with accuracy and care.
