On time and professional. Explained the process of what they did for the service. Never had the fireplace serviced before. Figured it be safe idea to do this rather than waiting until an issue! Took about 30-45 mins to complete.

Chase was very professional and methodical in the process of fixing my fireplace. I had a quote from another company that was ~$2500.
This company had me up and running for about $1000. 5 star recommendation - it may take a couple of appointments- but I’m very happy with the results.

After spending a bunch of money from other people trying to diagnose my problem, I did some research and found gas fireplace service. Best search I ever did. They were friendly, thorough and extremely reasonably priced. I can't thank them enough for great service. I highly recommend them.

Very respectful and thorough. I had a fireplace that had been shut off years ago and Chase cleaned and repaired my gas-log setup. My house had some previous updates done to my moving in and that made it difficult to trace the lines. Needless to say, I had very little useful information to help him get it back up and running, but he got it done by lunch time!

It had been shut down before because a previous specialist couldn't get it running again. But GFS fixed it up, and labeled the line for my fireplace as well!

Jamie and Chase were both very professional and knowledgeable. They explained everything in detail about what was done to the 3 fireplaces. As a matter of fact, Jamie found a gas leak in the valve outside that connects to the house. He even spoke to the gas company and explained everything to them and was making sure I remained calm after finding out about the gas leak. Could not be happier with the service provided. Best fireplace company!
