Meet Joey, our Warehouse Manager.

Joey is the guy who keeps the wheels turning behind the scenes. From coordinating material and managing inventory to preparing installers for job sites, he plays a critical role in making sure every project runs smoothly from start to finish.

With years of flooring industry experience, Joey understands products, logistics, and job site needs inside and out. He works closely with contractors, installers, and our sales team to ensure materials arrive on time, orders are accurate, and every project is set up for success.

We’re grateful to have Joey as part of the Après Flooring team.

Meet Silas, our Project Manager.

If you’ve worked with us, chances are you’ve seen Silas in action. From site visits and job coordination to quality control and customer communication, he’s the guy making sure projects stay on track and details don’t get missed.

As a dad of three, when he’s not helping clients bring their vision to life, you’ll find him outdoors with his family, shed hunting, exploring the mountains, and making the most of everything Colorado has to offer.

With years of hands-on flooring experience, including installation, sand and refinish, and project management, he knows our industry from the ground up. His knowledge, work ethic, and commitment to doing things right make him an invaluable part of the Après team.

Meet our sales team!

Mandy and Courtnee bring more than just flooring expertise to Aprés. Between them, they have extensive continuing education and training in carpet, textiles, hard surfaces, tile, product applications, and installation best practices.

Their knowledge helps our clients make confident decisions, whether they’re selecting flooring for a mountain home, a remodel, or a new build.

When they’re not helping customers create beautiful spaces, you’ll likely find them involved with the local dance community. Both are active with Steamboat Dance Theatre and choreograph for several local dance groups throughout the Yampa Valley.
