It’s been a quiet few months here, and for the first time in a long while, my hands have been completely still. Instead, I've been leaning into a season of deep rest. It's been necessary, slow, reflective, and joyful.
As I slowly start to find my rhythm again, I’ve been stepping away from my usual tools to try something new. I’ve been spending my Wednesdays in a local weaving studio, learning and exploring with some dear family friends. There is something so grounding about the rhythm of a shared space and routine.
This huck lace hand towel was my first time on a floor loom after years of rigid heddle weaving. It was such a refreshing way to navigate this period of transition. Looking forward to spring growth and finding my way in a new season!
