Haven't posted much lately. Life is just being life. But one of my more recent projects was an urn for our sweet Border Collie, Koda. She left us for reason we will never know and it still hurts that you are gone. For 10 years she never left our side. From daddy-Koda hugs and talks in the mornings before work, giving mommy attitude when you didn't want to go outside, to family car rides around town. She was more than just a dog. She was our baby girl.
So I made this urn to be black and white just like she was, with a place to have a picture of her. Then wood burned her name and dates and on the back, burned the handwritten nicknames, my wife, son and I would call her.
We love and miss you so much Koda Bug.

Wedding gift #2 - Set of custom co****le boards. This set was for a family member to give as a gift. They were quite the hit.

Wedding gift #1 - custom sign for the newly wed Tanner and Mikayla Hutt. Woodburned brand that belonged to the groom's grandfather, their names and wedding date.

I met Tanner and took him in as my wingman when he was maybe 10 years old. But he didn't help me in meeting my wife. To see him get married to an amazing young lady is one of my favorite moments.

Merino Ram fans! Here are 2 custom serving trays that are being donated as part of a fundraiser. One is a maple tray with mahogany and wenge stripes with merlot Ram logo. The other is a mahogany tray with a white Ram logo, wenge and maple stripes.
These are up for auction at the Mouse Races.

An Ohio State serving tray. The stripes match the stripes on the helmet. Tray build from Cherry, wenge, maple and padauk. Made it for a huge Ohio State fan.

I was able to build and carve a sign for my cousins to hang at their cabin here in the Rocky Mountains of Colorado. Was even able to get a little showcase on Dave's Signs and Custom Furniture Sign Carvers of the Day episode.
