Lang Lighting and Decor LLC provides holiday lighting, landscape lighting, event lighting, permanent roofline lighting, and outdoor audio installations to customers throughout Madison, WI and southern Wisconsin.

CHRISTMAS LIGHTING LETTERS GO OUT TODAY!

All of our clients from last season will have a chance to get on the schedule first before we book up.

Roofline installations will begin on August 31st. Lights will be left UNPLUGGED until they are ready to be used.

Wreaths and Garland will be installed after Halloween!

All quotes will include an optional 250th celebration of America! 🇺🇸 Options include the following;
- RED/WHITE & BLUE Roofline bulbs
- Flags with Spotlights
- Light up 2-D displays of fireworks

Position: Administrative Assistant
Starting Wage: $23 per hour
Location: Stoughton, WI
Hours: M-F 8am - 5pm
- 32-40 hours per week (Flexible Hours in Spring/Summer)

Benefits: PTO, 401k, Paid Holidays and a Free Holiday Lighting Display.

Job Duties:
- Answer and direct phone calls, address inquiries, and provide essential information.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence effectively.
- Support customer service initiatives and engage with clients in a professional manner.
- Run errands as needed.
- Help manage promotional booths at trade shows.
- Create and schedule social media posts.
- Organize and manage the calendars of all staff, including job scheduling.
- Assist the owners with a variety of tasks.
- Maintain a clean and organized office and warehouse environment.
- Contribute to quality control processes.
- Design mock-ups for client projects.
