🚨 WE’RE HIRING! — ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT 🚨

Lang Lighting & Decor is growing, and we’re looking for an organized, motivated, and dependable Administrative Assistant to join our team!

💰 Starting Pay: $23/hour

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, working with people, staying organized, and wearing a lot of different hats. This is NOT your typical sit-at-a-desk administrative position. You’ll be working directly alongside the owners and playing an important role in the day-to-day operation and growth of our business.

📋 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Answering incoming phone calls and helping with customer needs
• Scheduling jobs, installations, service calls, and necessary tasks
• Keeping documentation and customer information organized
• Creating and posting content on social media
• Mocking up customer lighting designs and project ideas
• Ordering materials and supplies for upcoming jobs
• Helping coordinate day-to-day operations
• Working directly alongside the owners to assist with their individual business needs
• Helping with sales and following up with potential customers
• Assisting with community outreach and building relationships in our local community
• Jumping in wherever needed to help keep the business moving forward
