🚧 Another Commercial Flooring Project Completed by CMK Coatings Corp.!

We’re proud to showcase our latest flooring installation for the new deli at Caraluzzi’s Market in Newtown, CT!

Our team completed 1,100 square feet of commercial flooring and 200 linear feet of integral cove base, transforming an existing grocery store space into a durable, seamless surface built for the demands of a busy commercial kitchen.

This project required extensive preparation, including:

✅ Concrete grinding and surface preparation

✅ Concrete patching and repairs

✅ 1,100 SF of commercial flooring installation

✅ 200 LF of seamless cove base

🚧 Bringing New Life to a Historic Fairfield Building! 🚧

CMK Coatings Corp. recently completed 3,000 square feet of specialty concrete flooring for a new restaurant coming to Fairfield, CT!

This project came with its challenges, working inside a 150+ year-old historic building that required extensive concrete preparation, removal, and repairs.

🔹 1,000 SQ FT – Commercial Kitchen
Full concrete grinding and surface preparation, followed by the installation of a heavy-duty urethane cement flooring system designed for the demanding conditions of a commercial kitchen.

🔹 2,000 SQ FT – Front of House
Extensive concrete removal, repairs, and professional concrete polishing to transform an aging slab into a beautiful finished floor while preserving the building’s historic character.
