Happiest 7th Birthday to my s***k of a Granddaughter. She saw this cup in its first stage of creation and fell in love. She dropped hints and begged for this thing since Thanksgiving! Sage, you are a light in my life. I love you big, BIG!

11,323 days or 31 years with “my person”. Thom Kirk, while everyday has not been a “walk in a rose garden”, these have been the absolute best days of my life and you are the one I want to walk beside. I love you! So much good packed into a few short days 😘

I ordered a glitter that is pink and if exposed to the sunlight it glows purple. My Granddaughter is a big fan of this one!

I like to keep an eye on the way the products I use perform. This test was an accident. In 2021 I made a cup for my husbands 50th birthday. He used it for months. During the 22 hay season it disappeared. During the 23 hay season it was found laying at the edge of a hay field. It had been hit by hay equipment, layed in the sun and elements for a year! I am happy to report that I am very happy with all the materials I use. I did learn one important thing. The inks that I use do not withstand UV rays very well when constantly exposed. This video show what the cup looked like when it came home. BTW, he is still using it with the damaged areas. Still holding up! Someday I will remake it for him.
