Ever since we had our viral moment last fall Facebook has put us in their “content creator”program…
The goals & challenges FB gave me every week seemed absolutely unreachable and crazy for little old me…I’m not an influencer. I’m a busy mom with a business.
But I still tried to put out the content it was asking me to & I kept hitting those goals and going to the next level! Because of you guys!!!! 🩵🩵🩵
Soooooo…. yesterday was the last day of the month and I sat down after the family went to bed….I was exhausted after working the weekend here 😴
When I looked at the checklist FB gave me for May, I realize if I just posted 5 more reels & 3 more photos, I was going to make it to the next level… WOAH!!!!
So I stayed up till midnight & posted everything…woke up this morning to see WE DID IT!
Guess I’m a content creator now 😂😂😂
So now we’re making legit money on FB, which is such a blessing for our family! 🙌🏻
Here’s a heartfelt and true (and long 🤪 story) because I like to be honest…..
As you know, our business is only open 5 months of the year and is VERY dependent on the weather being nice.

What you didn’t know is a story I’d never shared… in 2024 it was an absolute HORRIBLE season for us!
We had road construction blocking our road & driveway the entire summer! We didn’t even make $100 in 2 months combined!!! SERIOUSLY 😭😭😭
Followed by a fall corn maze season with rain EVERY single weekend…so very few customers came.
Annnnnd I (Milissa) was getting daily infusion treatments for complications from skin cancer.
It. Was. Rough.
When our season ended, we made no money. We were in a scary position when we opened our doors for the season last year May 2025. We feared we might have to close if things didn’t get better soon. And that was a tough pill to swallow 😢
But a miracle happened & everything turned around for us…2025 was INCREDIBLE! 🎉
•We got a grant for our barn mural.
•We went viral.
•Influencers posted about us
•We received a grant from SDBA
•We had more visitors than we ever imagined!
•We bounced back!
It reignited our excitement & passion for what we do…creating this cool place for you and your families! We love DENN so much! It’s our baby. We built it from the ground up. It’s our passion. ☺️
