Special date night!!! Chef night featuring Chef Gerard Clinton & Chef Jeff Taibe. What an ABSOLUTE treat. Chef Taibe demonstrated how to make scallops and lettuce jus. Chef Gerard showed us how to make a beautiful stuffed agnolotti, which he learned how to perfect under the guidance of Chef Thomas Keller at French Laundry!
He also showed us how to make a nduja emulsion to accompany the pasta. Afterwards, we enjoyed a delicious four course meal.
