Why hire an interior designer instead of just a decorator? Because beautiful means nothing if it doesn’t function properly in real life.
A decorator can make a space look pretty. But an experienced interior designer understands space planning, construction, building codes, materials, and how every detail comes together during a renovation.
Who’s looking out for you when something is installed incorrectly? Who catches layout mistakes before walls are closed? Who understands the construction process well enough to advocate for the homeowner and communicate properly with contractors and trades?
That’s where experience matters.
We’ve saved clients thousands of dollars by catching issues early, avoiding costly mistakes, and making sure projects are executed correctly from the beginning. In many cases, our fees are absorbed in the savings alone.
Design is more than aesthetics — it’s knowing how to make a home beautiful, functional, and built the right way.we

The moment we walked into this Centerport home, we knew the space could be completely reimagined into something warm, timeless, and inviting.

Through layered textures, warm woods, velvets, leather accents, ceiling beams, and wide plank flooring, we transformed this home into a sophisticated farmhouse transitional retreat designed for both luxury and comfort.

A space that now feels collected, elevated, and truly lived in.

Here’s a polished Instagram-ready caption in your voice:

The beauty of a well designed kitchen is in the details. This coffee and tea station was created to feel as intentional as it is functional. Warm walnut interiors bring depth and richness, while the crisp white cabinetry keeps the overall composition light and refined.

Framed glass doors turn everyday pieces into a curated display, elevating even the simplest rituals. The recessed niche allows for a seamless experience, giving this space a sense of purpose without ever feeling busy.

Luxury lives in restraint. It is about balance, thoughtful materials, and creating moments that feel effortless yet considered.

I brought together black, white, and warm wood tones to elevate this once unstructured built in, layering in rich caramel leather to add a sense of understated sophistication.

The space now feels modern yet transitional, curated but still inviting, and defined by a quiet sense of luxury.

When I designed this kitchen, I wanted it to feel effortlessly luxurious, but still warm and livable.

I chose crisp white shaker cabinetry for its timelessness, then grounded the space with natural wood floors to bring in that sense of comfort and depth. The sconces were intentional they add a soft, ambient glow that makes the space feel more personal, especially in the evenings.

The tile backsplash adds texture without overwhelming, and the Calacatta countertops were the final layer elevated, elegant, and just enough to make the entire kitchen feel special.

For me, it’s always about balance beauty, function, and a space that truly feels like home.
