I got my first bonsai as a birthday present from my friend Leann a long time ago (in a galaxy far, far away). By the 3rd time I wanted to get a tree I met my good friend Sue Lauer and her daughter through music and she had a garden center with bonsai. I started to read books, do classes and joined the Nepa Bonsai Society and began honing my skills over the tears. I always wanted a studio of my ow
n and after many years of studying with various world renown master I became a student at Eisie-en bonsai studio in Nashville, Tn where I learned from one of the top teachers in the world, Bjorn Bjorholm. Then a couple years ago I was able to open my own studio in Exeter, Pa. where I teach, care for trees and sell pots and supplies needed for the art.
