I have been using this flour since last summer. It behaves a little different than AP flour. I just use a smidge extra baking powder. Good thing is I don't feel "yucky" after eating the items I make with it. It is more expensive but I feel it is worth it.

Really enjoyed this book and I will re-read it. Very much about the tenacity and creativity of the human spirit.

Mom, wanted to remind you how fortunate I am to have you as my Mom.
Thank you for;
Not letting us have lots of sugar
Restricting the amount of TV we were allowed to watch
Teaching us manners and respect
Teaching us work ethic
How to tell time, tie a shoe and a hundred other things I do daily without a thought because my Mom taught me.
Thank you for not giving up when things got really hard. I imagine there were moments when life's challenges seemed insurmountable.
