Happy Monday! It’s the final week of our current needlepoint classes, with a brand-new session starting next week! And don’t forget, we’re now open on Mondays from 12–4 for all your knitting and needlepoint needs!

Today, we’re sharing two adorable needlepoint finishes by Carrie! Not only is she a fabulous knitting teacher, but she’s also a talented needlepointer!

On the left is a garbage truck she stitched for her oldest grandson, who absolutely loves garbage trucks. How sweet is that? On the right is her adorable gnome ornament. Fellow teachers Rhona and Alex have also stitched gnomes from the same series. A fun group project among friends.

Happy Sunday and hello November! 🍁 Just a reminder that Wool & Grace is now open 7 days a week, including today from 12–4 PM!

Fall is officially cozy knitting season, and Ellen has the cutest project to share! She knit the Berry Baby Hat by Michele Sabatier using Simpliworsted. This adorable pattern can become just about any berry or vegetable with a simple change of color. Ellen chose a pumpkin, and we love it! 🎃🧶

What a fabulous afternoon in Downtown Summit! 🎃🍬 The streets were filled with little ghosts, goblins, and princesses in wonderful costumes. We heard plenty of “Trick or Treat!” and handed out lots of candy!

But the sweetest moment of all was seeing Patty with one her granddaughters share a special moment together before heading off for their own trick-or-treating adventure. Their beautiful smiles warmed our hearts and reminded us that these little moments are what make this time of year so special. ❤️

It’s sweater weather, and our Friday Finishers are ready for fall! 🍂🧶

First up is Marcia, looking fabulous in her Lawrenson Sweater by Lily Kate France, knit with Organic Cotton. With its vintage-inspired, voluminous sleeves and fitted silhouette, this sweater is a beauty!

Next, two W&G teachers prove that yarn has no expiration date! Sometimes a project just needs a little time out.

Karen finished her Richmond Pullover by Mary Pranica in Woolstok Light. Started in 2023, this sweater took a few twists and turns, including some frogging and tricky colorwork sleeves. Small-circumference circular needles saved the day, and the result was worth the wait.

Alex completed her Step by Step Sweater by Florence Miller in Cowgirlblues Aran Singles. Started last year, she was determined to finish before Bridget’s visit from Cowgirlblues. Mission accomplished—with just two hours to spare! Talk about cutting it close!

Our Fall/Early Winter Knitting Classes begin next week, with Needlepoint Classes starting November 9! Registration is open on our website, and we still have some spots available.

There’s no better time to learn a new skill, tackle a project, and enjoy the company of our wonderful stitching community. Plus, with the holidays around the corner, it’s the perfect opportunity to create something handmade for someone special!

Our Blue Sky Fibers Trunk Show is here for one more week, and we have two more beautiful projects to inspire you!

First up is the Aurora Infinity Cowl by Michele Frazzetta, made with Woolstok Worsted. This stranded colorwork cowl is knit in the round and grafted together for a double layer of warmth. Perfect for chilly days! An adventurous beginner/intermediate project.

Next is the Anstruther Hat by Mary Pranica, made with Woolstok Tweed. Featuring a beautiful colorwork pattern, this cozy and stylish hat is perfect for fall and winter. A great adventurous beginner project!

Happy Monday! 🎉 Wool & Grace is now open on Mondays from 12–4! In addition to our needlepoint classes, you can now stop by to shop for all your knitting and needlepoint needs. Seven days of Wool & Grace—what could be better?

Now, let’s talk about this fabulous needlepoint finish! Kate is both a talented knitter and needlepointer who has stitched Christmas stockings for her three daughters (her oldest is pictured with her), as well as nieces and nephews. Her latest masterpiece is this gorgeous stocking for her nephew Remy, ready to be hung by the chimney with care! 🎄

The details are absolutely stunning, and Remy will have a beautiful keepsake to treasure for years to come. Amazing job, Kate! We can’t wait to see what you stitch next!
