Last Saturday I did one of the coolest things I’ve ever done in my life. I competed at the USS (Strongman) Nationals Competition in Iowa and took 4th place! ✨

As someone who never had the opportunity to play sports as a kid, qualifying and getting an invitation to this was a big deal.

Life the last 2 months has been beyond crazy filled with up and downs and grief, so I didn’t get the chance to train or touch the implements as much as I had hoped but I did the best I could do and I’m pretty darn proud of myself. Getting to compete with hundreds of incredibly strong athletes was a top highlight! ✨

There were a total of 5 events and headed into the comp I wasn’t sure if I would be able to do all of them, these were some HEAVY weights. As our coach Shuty would say, if it was easy everyone would be able to do it. I have a run down of the events in the carousel.

I didn’t do as well in some areas as I had hoped but did better in others. I even had some new PRs too! The biggest shout outs to Evolve Strong Fitness, Tehaleh and Imperiya Barbell for all the support they have provided in my training for this!

I got to meet some really special people in the arena. It was incredible to see people from all over supporting and encouraging each other!

It was such an honor to be there with 2 other athletes from our community. Watching Felicia and Joe perform was awesome. To Shuty and Katie, thank you for being there on the floor coaching and supporting us throughout the whole day.

To Hailey, one of the best friends a girl could ever ask for, thank you for traveling with me all the way to the mid west and supporting me! (Especially during my weight cut the day before while traveling. Hehe) It meant everything to me and I cannot thank you enough! 🥰

Special shout out to Gabe for his encouragement throughout my prep leading up to this and especially for feeding and fueling me all the time. Hehe 😘

And thank YOU all for your love and support, it has meant the world to me! 🥹🫶

Being there has inspired me to keep this up and hopefully I get the honor of being invited to Nationals again in the future. Here’s to us all doing big things that scare us and challenge us!

About two weeks ago, we hosted the sweetest event for women and mothers to gather with their littles to connect, support one another, and simply be together. 🤍

It turned into something even more beautiful than we ever could have imagined. Every little detail came together so perfectly. I wish I could relive the whole day over and over again. Walking around the room and witnessing so many meaningful moments between mamas, friends, and families filled my heart in the biggest way.

Being surrounded by so many incredible mamas inspired me deeply as someone who cannot wait to become a mama one day myself. Getting to hold some of the sweetest little babes was absolutely one of my favorite parts of the entire afternoon. 🥹

We are so deeply grateful for this community that showed up and chose to share their Saturday afternoon with us. 🫶

A huge thank you to all of our amazing vendors and to this beautiful space for helping bring this vision to life. ✨

This weekend’s Mother’s Day Market at Knutson Farms was exactly what my soul needed! 🥰

Getting to spend two full days chatting with friends old and new, seeing babies with their mamas and grandmamas, creating custom gifts on sight that made people drop their jaws.

I had the honor of creating so many meaningful pieces that celebrated all kinds of mother figures and special women in people’s lives. My favorite creations by far were the sweet handwritten pieces from little kiddos. 🥹

These photos are just some of the things we created together. Boards, coasters, keychains, journals, corks, trays, card holders, and more. I can’t share all the photos just yet because many of them are gifts and just a tad too specific to be posting. Hehe. 🙃

Happy Happy 33rd Birthday to my favorite human ever! You are deserving of all the goodness this world has to offer! ✨

I feel so grateful to have celebrated 15 of your birthdays with you, time really flies. It has been such an honor and privilege to live and experience this big beautiful life with you. Thank you for all that you have done and continue to do for me, I truly am such a lucky girl.

There’s something so special about seeing your name on something that makes it feel deeply personal. 🥹

As someone who could never find my name on anything growing up, and even now every time I see my name on something permanent, it makes little Paddy smile.

I am feeling incredibly grateful for the women in my life who inspire me, support me, challenge me, and remind me of what is possible. Looking back at these photos from the last year absolutely fills my heart. My life is so rich because of each and every one of you! 🥹🥰

Happy Chinese New Year! 🧧 (and Lunar New Year to everyone celebrating!) Gong Hei Fat Choi! ✨

This is the biggest celebration in my culture, and I am deeply proud of my Chinese heritage. For the next 15 days, we return to what matters most: family, tradition, gratitude. And we welcome a new year filled with prosperity, health, and happiness.

The Year of the Snake (2025) reminded us to shed what no longer serves us. To grow, evolve, and move differently. Growth does not always look loud, sometimes it looks like letting go.

Now we enter the Year of the Fire Horse. This is about action and momentum. About stepping forward with confidence and courage that does not apologize for taking up space. 🧨🔥

Two full days at Knutson Farms and I’m still smiling about it! 🥰

This market was filled with conversations, custom orders, and watching ideas turn into keepsakes.

Every smile. Every conversation. Every “wait… can you put this on it?” It all means more than I can explain.

Getting to customize on site will never get old for me. I love seeing someone’s face when their handwriting, their inside joke, their person’s name becomes something they can hold onto. 🥹😭💕

Also, our new timer game was an absolute hit! She’s officially coming to every event now. Hehe. 😆

My forever love. How has it already been 15 🫶 days together?! I am so lucky we belly laugh together every single day. That first photo perfectly encapsulates how I feel everyday I am with you. 🥹😭🥰

This year sweet Gabe helped me pack up all my things from a huge 2 day market that I was at all day long and then came home to cook THE MOST DELICIOUS MEAL.

Ribeye steak, baked potatoes, asparagus, and a perfect lemon and pesto cream sauce. It was seriously magical! I could drink that sauce. Hehe. This guy cooks the best food for me ALL THE TIME and I am just beyond grateful.

Thank you for all your acts of service, laughs, memories, and love. I love you forever and ever. 😘
