The customer placed a $150 order through an online flower site. Those sites then hired us to fulfill the order but we were given $68. So we designed the arrangement based on what we were actually given to work with.
Thatās how āorder gatherersā work. Sites like 1-800 Flowers take your order online, keep a portion, then send it to a local florist (like us) to make and deliver it. It can feel like youāre ordering from a flower company, but itās really being passed along behind the scenes.
But hereās the catch and how you may feel disappointed:

š the florist designs based on the amount we receive
š delivery timing usually isnāt faster, because it still comes from a local shop
