Chicken Pot Pie

INGREDIENTS

1 Chicken, boiled and deboned
2 cans mixed vegetables
5 small Potatoes cubed
2 cups chicken broth
2 tablespoons of minced onions
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 tablespoons corn starch
1 cup self rising flour
1 cup milk
½ cup of butter

Bake 375⁰ 45-60 minutes or until golden brown.

Chicken & Broccoli Casserole

3 cups diced cooked Chicken
2 (10.5oz) Cream of mushroom soup
2 TBS Mayonnaise
1lb. Broccoli Florets (cooked)
2 cups shredded cheese
2 sleeves of Ritz crackers
3 TBS melted butter

Place chicken in a 9×13 pyrex dish, combine soup and Mayonnaise.
Add broccoli to pan, pour soup mixture on top of chicken and broccoli.
Add cheddar cheese on top.
Add crackers on top of cheese,
cook 350° until bubbly, (25 to 30 minutes).

I changed the recipe a little to make it taste better.
