WORKSHOP | SUNDAY | NOVEMBER 1 | 3:00 to 5:30PM | In celebration of Scented Candle Day, we’re collaborating with Wick.ed Aromas Co. (.edaromas) for a SCENT AND MEMORY CANDLE MAKING WORKSHOP. Each participant will make a 10 oz. personalized candle.

A vintage photograph becomes the starting point for exploring the sensory memories an image can awaken. What scents come to mind when you see a familiar face, a place, or a moment in time? Maybe cinnamon tea steeping, a favorite cologne, fresh laundry, sea air, or flowers from a wildflower garden.

Through free writing, participants will consider the memories connected to those scents and translate those memories into fragrance. Wick.ed Aromas Co. will guide a hands-on candle-making experience, helping identify, select, and blend fragrance notes.

For one day only, join us for a hands on scent experience where you’ll create a candle that is entirely your own.

Explore fragrance, experiment with scent combinations, and pour a custom candle inspired by your personal preferences.

No experience necessary. All materials provided.

After blending, adjusting, and second guessing every decision, there comes a moment where you stop and ask yourself:

“Is this the one?”

Watching people test their fragrances, get feedback from friends, and slowly land on something that felt right was what made this experience so special.
