By cutting down our single use household items, like paper towels, ziplock bags, cling wrap, etc., we were able to go down to the smallest garbage can our city offers. This means our garbage collection bill went down! That’s a perk we didn’t even think of when we started trying to be more eco-friendly 😊 ♻️ 💵

I do sell these on my website, but you can absolutely make them yourself. They also make great gifts and are a fun way to use smaller pieces of material you already have on hand 😊 ♻️

I make my napkins 7x8 and use a single layer of cotton flannel. I serge the edges but, if you don’t have access to a serger, a tight zigzag stitch would have a similar effect.
