ID.3 was the name that came to me when I started this thing alone and out of my house in 2007, and unbeknownst to the 2 others that would make the 3, I set it up so I could bring them into my plan.

They have since retired and we now have formed a new dedicated and talented dream team and I’m still in the middle of it all. In 1 more year Id.3 will celebrating its 20th year in business and we are just getting started.

With literally hundreds of projects and homes created, I’ve cherished every key that’s been handed over, every tear I’ve cried and every friend that I’ve made.

Here’s to many more decades of id.3 and many more homes to be created.

We love working, but posting…not so much. We’ve been buried in exciting projects that all seem to be on the same timeline. From Maui, to the Eastshore, Mammoth to Incline, a ski in ski out in Palisades and little gems along the Westshore, we are one busy little firm.

In the end it won’t be about the spaces and homes we have designed, the spaces will be a backdrop to the relationships and memories we have lived. And what a great backdrop to have had at Katie’s long awaited retirement party.
has already been a space of multiple memories since it has opened and we have loved experiencing one of our designs in action.
Best of all we love being part of the change in our sweet little town with wonderful people, making amazing food and filling the space with energy and care.
Cheers to Katie and many miles of pedaling in her future.
Love to Chata and Andrew for including us in the creation of this space.
Immense gratitude for everyone who has given their time to id.3 over the last 18 years.
