Slim Chickens on Monroe, one of our last completed projects of 2022, is now open. If the chicken tastes as good as the building looks, Tallahassee is in for a treat. Swing by and check it out. Our personal favorite feature on this new build is the unique, custom color, red doors.
We are loving the completed product and are excited to start on the 2nd Tallahassee Slim Chickens location shortly.

A couple truckloads of glass have arrived, and our crew is ready to get to work on the new CCSS storage facility located near the intersection of Tennessee St and High Rd. We are excited to fill each and every one of those openings with glass, and cannot wait to see the finished product. One thing is for sure...in the world of storage facilities, this one is sure going to be a pretty one.

4Forty North is beginning to take shape! Once completed, this mixed-use development will be comprised of 247 apartments along with 15,000 sq. ft. of retail space on the ground level. Bound by Virginia, Carolina, Adams and Monroe Street, this massive project will take up an entire city block.
