Dear Suncoast Yarns Family,
Suncoast Yarns, like many businesses in our location, was adversely impacted by the 2024 hurricanes and has been unable to fully recover. Retail traffic in our area has been impacted as our surrounding business neighbors have shut their doors or relocated. With the January passing of our wonderful manager and part owner, Dot Duncan, and the rising costs of business ownership, it has come time to reconsider the viability of the shop at this location. While it has been an amazing place to “hang out” with fellow crafters, gain knowledge, and simply be in the midst of the beautiful colors and yarns, the partners have all agreed, regretfully, that it is time to shut our doors.
We intend to keep the store open until June 28, 2025, which will be our official last day in business.
Effectively immediately, there will be no refunds or exchanges on any purchases.
All outstanding gift certificates will be honored only through June 28,2025. If you have gift certificates, Please use them before closing.
All yarn is presently 40% off or more. Deeper discounts will probably follow. If you have been eyeing particular yarns, now is the time to buy. Shop samples will also be for sale. Check with us if you are interested in store fixtures, such as shelving.
We are sorry that Suncoast Yarns needs to take this step. We will miss all of our amazing and creative customers. For those interested in continuing our social meetings, email us at [email protected] and we’ll keep you informed when we locate a meeting location.
