We are NOT trying to fill this position immediately.
We are looking for the right long-term person to join our team.

This is skilled field work in residential window repair and screen service. We will train the right person, but we are selective.

💰 Pay: $18 – $25/hr (based on skill level)

* $18–$20/hr: No experience / training role
* Up to $25/hr: Must already be skilled (especially screening panels independently)

🔧 Work includes:

* Window balance replacement
* Tilt latch repair/replacement
* Re-screening window and porch/lanais panels
* Customer home service work (professional, customer-facing)

👍 What we are looking for:

* Reliable and consistent (this matters most)
* Good attitude and willingness to learn
* Comfortable working with hands and tools
* Experience in window repair/screen work is a big plus
* Ability to work independently over time (not just “job hopping” mindset)
