💧 Tip of the Day: Why Drainage Holes Matter

One of the biggest secrets to keeping your succulents healthy? Good drainage!

Succulents store water in their leaves and roots, so they don’t need to stay wet. Without a drainage hole, excess water can collect at the bottom of the pot, leaving the roots sitting in moisture. That can lead to root rot, yellowing leaves, and eventually a very unhappy succulent. 😢

🌱 Our tip: Choose a planter with a drainage hole whenever possible. When you water, soak the soil thoroughly and allow the excess water to drain completely. Then let the soil dry out before watering again.

Remember: Succulents would rather be a little thirsty than have wet feet! 💚
