Love bringing our catalog to life. I recreated the projects on page 21 using the Waterside Retreat. Which one do you like best? I think I like the box best. I’m going to fill it with Swedish fish and gummy worms. What would you put in it? A gift for dad for Father’s Day? Over here making cards for our team swap. Each month we make 12 cards to swap with team members. I wanted to share with you all a special event I hosted recently. I called it Harvest and Homemade, the internet calls it Sunday Spread. I invited a few friends to come over for lunch and bring something homemade or personally harvested by them to share with the group. Everyone went home with a little something that each person brought. My aunt brought something so special. Oranges from a tree my grandparents planted in the 1940s. What history! There were baked goods and homemade snacks. Mom made sachets for our drawers, my cousin made dish scrubbies. It was so nice to stop the roller coaster of life and catch up with old friends and visit with family. I highly recommend taking a moment to connect with someone you haven’t talked to in awhile.
