** NEW POLICY ON MERCHANDISE HOLDS**

We hate to do this but due to the influx of items on hold we are going to have to make a policy for holding merchandise. While most items are picked up right away we sometimes have over $1000 worth of merchandise on hold for several weeks. Often people decide they don’t want what we have held for them and do not contact us to let us know which means that we ha

ve missed an opportunity to offer the item(s) to other shoppers. We are happy to continue to hold any item you wish but we are requesting that you either pick your item(s) up within 14 Days after being contacted that it is available for pickup or have arranged payment. We will be happy to send you an invoice where you can conveniently pay online. Once you have paid we will hold your item(s) indefinitely. If you have not picked up your merchandise or we haven’t received payment in the specified time of 14 days your items will be taken off of hold and and available for purchase by any customer in our shop. We will contact you to make sure you do not want the item(s) prior to making them available to other customers. We are very sorry that we must do this but we hope everyone understands. We appreciate all of your business and look forward to serving you for many years. Thank You
