A fantastic side dish that can totally steal the show... grilled garlic and herb squash and zucchini, because who needs a main course, right? Slice your squash and zucchini thick, give them a 15 to 20 minute marinade party, and toss them on the grill. They'll need about 5 minutes per side, and would you look at those gorgeous grill marks?!?!? Papa's sauces can elevate any meal from meh to memorable.
